We are a Friendly Local Bar and Economical Guest-house located on Soi LK Metro within a city block of Champagne, M*A*S*H, The Office, Kiss, Sexy Submarine, Sugar, Sugar and Oasis a go gos, Lolitas, Devil's  Den and  many of Pattaya's most popular attractions, including Walking Street and Sois 6, 7 & 8. There are numerous golf courses in the area and several establishments nearby that book golf outings. We'll be happy to help you arrange your day on the links.

Our first priority is your comfort and satisfaction. Most of the staff live on the premises, so you really are a guest in our house.

The bar offers reasonably priced drinks, big screen TV, with both cable and satellite programming. Music from the 60's to current, free pool to our customers and lovely hostesses to serve and amuse you.

Our guest-house offers 3 levels of accommodation. From Budget size to Large Comfortable Rooms. All rooms have Air Con, Hot water shower, Cable TV, DVD Player, Microwave, Wall Mounted Safe, Kettle, Comfortable Beds and free Wi-Fi. 3Som is girl friendly and charges no joiner fees. Only excessive soiling of linens would incur a charge for laundry service.

We can arrange transportation with Mr. Dim to and from the airport, Bangkok or local excursions and day trips, in a private car or van for a reasonable fee. We also take guests to Ban Chang and other areas on small group, intimate bar crawls when requested.

3-Som is American owned and run by a US Army 1st Infantry Division Vietnam veteran. We strive to provide the fun, friendly, family  atmosphere, and the comfort and cleanliness of accommodation that can be found in the States.

Reservation Deposits
We request a 1,000 Thai Baht deposit be made via Paypal.com when making a room reservation. This deposit becomes a credit that is used against the room rate. The deposit is non refundable if you do not arrive as agreed unless a change or  cancellation is made 21 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. All cancellations will be assessed a 50% fee to cover the costs of the transaction and foreign currency conversion costs.

Guesthouse Policies
-Only one male guest per room (does not include children or LBs).
-Payment is due at check in for any stay monthly or less, Thai Baht only.
-Stays of more than one month require first and last month’s rent paid in advance (non-refundable). 
-Check out time is 12:00 Noon. Check in is 4:00 PM
-Late check-out must be approved by management.
-Room rates include all utilities.
-Room cleaning is available from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
-Clean towel(s) daily. Linens changed every 3 days.
-Please inform management of any room issues immediately.
